Sunset Ridge is a community leader for assisted living, and known for it's exceptional care. We currently provide 4 levels of care for our residents. Each level of care represents a starting point and is tailored to the individual resident. Our levels of care range in services and are as follows:
Private unit including housekeeping, laundry service (no dry cleaning), three meals and snacks daily, scheduled activity program, RN wellness checks monthly, 24 hour awake staff supervision, stand by assist with bathing, medication management, assistance with arrangement of local transportation. Each unit is provided with cable television access. Shared units (fee adjustment) may be available.
All the amenities listed in level 1 with the addition of any or all of the of the following: one on one staff assistance with transfers, assistance with dressing, assistance with grooming, assistance with toileting, and bladder incontinence assistance.
All of the amenities listed in levels 1 and 2 with the addition of any or all of the following: diabetes management, therapeutic diet, individualized exercise regime (PT support), mechanical lift transfer, (sit to stand only).
All of the amenities listed in level 1,2, and 3 with the addition of any or all of the following: complete assistance with all ADL’s including hand feeding, catheter care, management of end of life care services (to be) directed under the supervision of a hospice or home health agency.
RESPITE CARE, short term (stay of 28 days or less).
Services that are not included in any of the levels listed above: personal telephone fees, personal toiletries, medical supplies, DME (durable medical equipment), and incontinence supplies.
